Where do I find the nutritional information?
Should the nutritional information not be listed on the packaging, you could request this information by email (office@hans-freitag.de).
Please do not forget to include the article description!
Do you have gluten-free articles in your assortment?
None of our products are gluten-free since most articles contain wheat flour.
I have lactose intolerance. Which products are right for me?
Only a limited amount of articles in our assortment are produced without milk products, e.g. our wafer rolls and cocoa cream wafers,
According to German Food Laws , all ingredients are listed in the list of ingredients. During the production process of lactose free products, however, unintended , minimal impurities (cross- contaminations) may occur.
These possible cross-contaminations, which can happen in our company or be brought in with the raw materials, are indicated in the list of ingredients as "traces of lactose or milk".
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, they are! All of our products are suitable for a vegetarian diet.
Do you use animal ingredients for the production of your cookies?
Yes, we do! For the production of our cookie assortments we use partially milk- based and/or egg products.
You will find precise details in each respective list of ingredients.
Do your products contain alcohol?
In our Rum-Cream Wafer assortment, alcohol is listed as in ingredient in the filling. In all other products, alcohol appears as a carrier for flavors which evaporates during the baking process.
What is the farming method of the eggs that you use?
We use powdered eggs, grade "Barn Eggs" in our production.
